We are honored you have chosen to send your child to Camp Weed, and we take this responsibility very seriously. The safety of our campers is our top priority.

Policies and Procedures

Deadlines

Please Note: ALL FORMS & PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JUNE 1. Forms and payments for any registration submitted after June 1 will be due at the time of registration.

Physical Form

Each camper must submit a physical form signed by a doctor within the year prior to the start of their camp session. Any sports, school, etc. form is acceptable, or you may use this form.
