Please Note: ALL FORMS & PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JUNE 1. Forms and payments for any registration submitted after June 1 will be due upon receipt.
Each camper must submit a physical form signed by a doctor within the year prior to the start of their camp session. Any sports, school, etc. form is acceptable, but a copy of the ACA form is available at the link below.
